We use your information to answer your enquiry, arrange visits and prepare quotes. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to you, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
TradeHub OS, the system we use to manage enquiries, quotes and invoices, which processes your information on our behalf. Our website host. Google Maps, when the map on our contact page loads. We do not sell your information.
Cookies and local storage
We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The instant quote keeps your rooms in your browser's local storage until you save the quote or clear it. The embedded Google map may set Google's own cookies.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows, and to meet our legal record-keeping duties.
